2005 the board and planning committee had decided to intensify the relations to the single members, to check on the data in the memberships lists and to enhance the transparency of the actual SIPCC-work to its members. Sabine Temme agreed to take this office.

The basic tool for reaching this goals will be a serie of newsletters.

The members decide according to their ability on the amount of their fee.

25,00 Euro or 25,00 US Dollar per year
50,00 Euro or 50,00 US Dollar per year

200,00 Euro or 200,00 US Dollar per year

has been held Wednesday, Oct 5th, 2005 (20.oo H) at the Düsseldorf-venue of the 18th International Seminar.

The General Assembley 2004

took place during the course of the Kecskemet-Seminar 2004
following the intended AGENDA.

Julia Head, London, GB, and Klaus-Dieter Cyranka, Halle, Germany asked the assembly to excuse them from their respective offices on the Executive Board of the SIPCC. The assembley thanked both of them for their work for the SIPCC.
The assembley elected Rev. Dr. Adrian Korczago, Ustron, Poland, and Rev. Ulrike Mummenhoff, Gladbeck, Germany, to be the secretary and the treasurer.

The annual General Assembley 2003

of the SIPCC was intended for Monday, May 26th, 5 p.m.
in the Auditorium of the "Haus der Kirche" Bastionsstr. 6, Düsseldorf, Germany.
Due to the lack of attendence and according to German regulations, the EC decided just to give reports about the budget and the ongoing activities of the SIPCC.
Decisions etc., however, could not be made.
